HIGO的使用費用
| 一、使用費用 |

※ 使用時間不到一分鐘也按照一分鐘計算
※ 部分地區的費用可能有所不同
【營運相關費用】（因車輛拖吊、竊盜或違規停放產生)
若用戶存在惡意行為或違規停放導致車輛被拖吊，需支付我方產生的損失、處理費用及使用費用。
1. Usage Fees (Two-wheeled) Basic riding fee: NT15 for the first five minutes + NT1.8 per minute for time fee. (Three-wheeled) Basic riding fee: NT20 for the first five minutes + NT2.2 per minute for time fee. ※ Even if the usage time is less than one minute, it will be calculated as one minute ※ The fees may vary in some areas 【Operation-related fees】(caused by vehicle towing, theft or illegal parking) If the user’s malicious behavior or illegal parking causes the vehicle to be towed, the user must pay the losses, handling fees and usage fees incurred by us. |
| 二、支付方式 |
騎乘結束後，將通過註冊的線上支付方式支付。 ※ 支持VISA、Mastercard、JCB、LINEPAY、街口支付。 ※ 若使用超過 6 小時，即使未完成騎乘也可能需支付費用，屆時我們將連繫您。 |
2. Payment method After the ride, payment will be made through the registered online payment method. ※ VISA, Mastercard, JCB, LINEPAY, and Jiekou payment are supported. ※ If the ride exceeds 6 hours, you may need to pay even if the ride is not completed. We will contact you at that time. |
| 三、確認使用費用 |
可通過APP選單【我的會員】中【騎乘紀錄】查看。 如對帳單有疑問，可通話諮詢表單聯絡我們。 |
3. Confirm the usage fee You can check it through【Ride Record】 in the APP menu【My Membership】. If you have any questions about the bill, you can contact us through the call consultation form. |
| 四、修改帳戶信息與支付信息 |
帳戶信息可以通過APP選單【我的會員】內的【會員資料】來更改。 此外，支付信息可以通過欄位中【付款方式】來更改。 |
4. Modify account information and payment information Account information can be changed through 【Member Information】in the APP menu【My Membership】in addition, payment information can be changed through the【Payment Method】 in the column. |
| 五、刪除已註冊的信用卡 |
如需刪除已註冊的信用卡，請通過【付款方式】內部刪除。 |
5. Delete registered credit cards If you need to delete a registered credit card, please delete it nternally through【Payment Method】. |
| 六、優惠卷使用方法 |
在付款時頁面下方填入代碼即可享有特定優惠。 |
6. How to use coupons Fill in the code at the bottom of the page when paying to enjoy specific discounts. |
| 七、違約金 |
以下行為嚴重影響服務營運及其他用戶，請絕對避免。 若發現此類行為，請從註冊信用卡收取違約金 : ※ 發生事故未聯繫我方，事後經警方或第三方指認發現 : NT 3000 ※ 未在規定區域歸還車輛(不含禁停區) : NT 3000 ※ 在禁停區停放或騎乘中車輛被違規告發，或我方判定違規停放 : NT 6000 ※ 註冊用戶因故意或過失導致車輛損壞或被盜竊，經我方判定 : NT 4000 |
7. Penalty The following behaviors seriously affect service operations and other users, please absolutely avoid them. If such behavior is discovered, a penalty will be charged to the registered credit card: ※ If an accident occurs and the user does not contact us, and the accident is later discovered by the police or a third party: NT 3000 ※ If the vehicle is not returned to the designated area (excluding prohibited parking areas): NT 3000 ※ The vehicle is reported as illegally parked or ridden in a prohibited parking area, or we determine that it is illegally parked: NT 6000 ※ The registered user causes damage or theft of the vehicle due to intentional or negligent acts, and we determine that: NT 4000 |
